Entering any base at any time should be considered a raid, regardless of whether or not the base is 'open' or you have certain 'permissions'. It's up to the staff who's dealing with the situation to decide whether or not someone should be punished, you entered a base as a job that cannot raid and were promptly shot at [as they were defending their base] and then you illegally fought back when you shouldn't have entered in the first place. I personally am not sure if it was correct to punish you here, but Nafe seemed to think so at least in the moment. It also doesn't help that you somehow decided to shoot a tgun instead of just leaving or using something that is a lot less destructive.
