Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
When a person make a mass rdm and left the server without any respond.
To many recent punishments (5-7+).
When a Person is a racist and do it after gags or mutes.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
I would explain why i ban him when it was wrong i would say sorry when it wasnt wrong i would say Keep this or only for a long time and not perma.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):

The Zarpgaming server was the first TTT server i played.
I play activ and a long time on the server i know the rules and like to help out. Very often i am on the server without and admin+ thats a thing why apply for a admin.
Everytime i play on the server i learn more.
I make many reports everyday.
Im fair to every person. I think i would make a good admin.
You see me often on the Server and you can see how i handle Reports or other Problems.
