Again just try to avoid getting recents and stop going into drama/arguments (maybe you just did this once when I was here but I prefer write it) and I'm sure after 2-3 weeks you would get accepted. If someone tries to start an argument with you just don't answer or call a staff member. For the RDM part I can't give any tips other than just reading the rules and being carefull.

Btw that's not by making fun of someone that you make him change. You will just break him and he won't change at all.
