As others have said the only issue I see is your activity. Although you have played a crazy amount today your activity isn't consistent, which is what we expect to see before accepting someone for staff.

Also 4 punishments isn't good at all. You should apply again once you have more consistent activity and once your punishments aren't recent anymore.
