When I spot a player with 6 or more recents (warnings for RDMs, gags...). Then it is approprate to use the ban command.

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):
I've been a moderator on TTT for about a month, and I think I did my job right. Even tho I had my finals and have problems with a part time job I have, I still tried to be active as much as I could. Since the finals are behind me, I have now much more time, so I'm gonna be more active than before! I want to go further and try to improve myself over the time. ZARP community is my favourite on GMOD so far. It's mostly about the people. This is why I wanna become an admin. To improve the community even more!
