Languages I speak: English Bulgarian

Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario: "Random Death Match" is when a player kills another player for no RP reason, for example: PandaOG04 is a radio manager, he's playing music on his stand and all of the sudden he gets killed.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario: "New Life Rules" is when a player dies in a certain district and goes back to it before the NLR timer is over, for example: PandaOG04 is a gangster raiding the police department, he gets killed by a cop and goes back in the police department district.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x:
I will ask both players for their stories and if they are different I will ask for video evidence of the RDM.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I would check the time of the kills/deaths and if it's not a 3 min difference then i would warn them.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words): I think I should be chosen because I love zarp and I want to help the community by being in the staff team. I have seem moderators/admin seeing RDM and acting like nothing has happened and walk away. Every time there's an F1 I will take care of it, if I'm not busy of course. I am online in times that there are 3-6 players online and most of the times there are a lot of rule breakers that I wish to report, but there are no staff members online.(Sometimes there are staff that are AFK) I chose to apply for moderator and not admin to show the community that I can do a good job as a staff member. I wont disappoint you again!
