As much as I like you I really don't think you should go for head admin yet. When I was super admin I made the mistake of not resigning after realising that my pc wouldn't be fixed after a couple of weeks. I think if you really want to be head admin you should get your activity up and consistent and by the time one of the head admins resign you may be ready. For now it's a from me.
