I was on TTT and I can say he was really sorry about SSRP. We were in a RDM report and was showing a good attitude with no intention of RDMing (which was the "complex situation" you were talking about) and just said he was trying his best to be trusted on SSRP and then get unbanned.
I don't know how was his attitude on SSRP but I can clearly say that if he had a bad attitude he has now changed.
