We have discussed and you said that you do not have any proof of logs nor anything. All I can say is that you may have pressed the button by accident but the punishment is valid as long as the logs says you killed him. I would suggest you to take screenshots before leaving the game if you want to appeal a punishment. Sorry but this has been denied.
