Each player has a voice "battery", that has a limited lifespan.
When you activate your push-to-talk, it starts draining from the "battery" until it eventually run out. So you are forced to think about your communication effectively as you are punished by using it constantly.
I'm pretty sure this was tested back when I used to be TTT staff in 2017 and everyone hated it

Its aweful and really annoying in my honest opinion..
I, just like Henny, never liked servers which have it enabled.
I mean yea it is good to stop people from micspamming too much, but it also kills conversations which occure often at night where people are just talking via in game voicechat but not necessarily game related if you know what I mean.
