I'm sorry but ever since your perm ban was lifted you were barely on the server and only minged around on the forums, receiving at least 1-2 forum bans alongside with that.

In pretty much all of your applications you've stated that you "changed" but where is the actual proof of this? Currently I don't see anything that would indicate any sort of a change.
