Suggestion Title: Add notification when revived

How would it benefit the server: People that get revived wouldn't just be afk

Potential Issues/Exploits: Hard to implement?

Additional notes: Would be nice to add the game icon blinking thingy when you get revived the same way as it blinks when a new round starts, preventing the same issue.
