Prevent the defib from being used on innocent/Stop the defib being able to be dropped

How would it benefit the server:
Defib cannot be picked up by an innocent who then uses it on another innocent, breaking the game as now all the traitors become known.

Potential Issues/Exploits:
No bringing back innocents for memes

Additional notes:
The defib has an issue that kind of breaks the game if used on an innocent/detective. When you are killed you get to spectate the game so by watching traitors kill or talking about the game with others in dead chat you will know roughly who most of the traitors are, to then be able to go back into the game knowing the identity of the traitors breaks the game in the same way as a ghoster would.
