The defib should not be given to detectives as there are some massive issues with bringing back innocents. When you die you get to watch every players actions and talk in dead chat which often leads to you knowing exactly who the traitors are or at least a few of them, being able to easily bring them back would be reveal the identities of most/all of the traitors, which kind of breaks the game.
