What is Ghosting? and give an example:
Ghosting is when a dead person gives someone else who is alive valuable information that would give them an advantage over others
-An example of this would be if there are 2 portals and a dead person says which portal is safe to go through

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:
I would start off by verbally warning them to stop being disrespectful. If the user continues to disrespect others i would gag/mute them. If they still continue, I would then warn the user. Further action would be necessary if the user proceeds to disrespect others even after the warning, I would kick the user and if they join back just to continue disrespecting, I would request a ban from an administrator or higher

Why I should be chosen:
I believe I should be chosen as moderator as I am quite active on the server (despite the last few days as I have been very busy. Will fix it up by the time of the meeting). I have experience of staffing due to my administrator positions on both TTT and Prop Hunt and also my moderator position on BHOP. I have also simply been enjoying my experience on deathrun lately and wish to help both the staff team and users out
