1. Usally on first offence we would just tgag/tmute the user and 5 minutes and if they continue the offence we would then tgag/tmute+warn them.

2. In this case we wouldn't kick them. If they continue the offence after the warn, then we can ban them, also taking in their amount of punishments.

Also, you only have one day of activity, i don't know why Henny even gave you perm to be honest.
