I've had a look at your application to give you some feedback...
Your application is short but well formatted. Your answers seem pretty reasonable, but i'd like to see you go more into detail on some of them. You certainly know your way around the server and your activity is good. You are a friendly and understanding person that knows the rules very well. Your last actual punishment dates back to the start of 2015, which is certainly impressive. You are a former admin and (as far as I know) resigned on good terms. I think you are a good candidate for admin. Good Luck!
