Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
I would use the ban command when its that last option to resolve a situation. If someone comes into the server mass RDM's and leave's the server right after I would ban him.
If there's someone of the server that continuous to be racist after warnings and tgags.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Why I should be promoted:

I think I should be promoted because I have had past experience with other servers, so I know what responsibilities come with what roles. I have gotten back into Garry's Mod and every time I'm on that game on also on the TTT server. I get on with most people in this community and enjoy coming on for a few round's of TTT whenever I can. I think I'm also fair when it comes to RDM report's and listens to both side's of the story before giving out a verdict on the report and handle them whenever I am on. I would also like to think that I get along with most Staff on the server and have no issues with anyone. I would like to end by saying I try and come on the server everyday at times when other staff arent online. Whenever someone messages me to tell me there is an issue on the server I get on immediately.
