Still this issue is serverside, whether he did it on purpose or not doesn't change the fact that it is still bugged and either should be fixed asap or have it temporarily pulled from the game until it has been fixed.

This can be abused to avoid using ph 2.0 though, if he's fully aware of an issue and how it is caused then it's his own fault for still doing it despite knowing the risks
