Hello Player X. Congratulations on becoming moderator on the Prop Hunt server!

Here are some of the ULX commands you will be using from this point on. The ULX menu can be bound in the console with 'bind <key> "ulx menu"'

!tgag- Prevents the user from using voice chat for a specific amount of time. Used when someone is mic spamming, being racist, homophobic etc

!tmute- Prevents the user from using text chat for a specific amount of time. Used when someone is spamming, being racist, homophobic etc

!amute- Prevents the user from using admin chat. Used when someone is spamming, being racist or homophobic in admin chat

!psay- Private messages a user of your choice

!slay- Kills a user instantly.

!bring- Teleport's a user to your location

!goto- Teleport's you to the users location

!teleport- Teleport's the user to your crosshair

!checkspec- This allows you to see who a user is spectating for potential ghosting

!Forceteam- Forces a user to join a team of your choice

!friends- Allows you to see who is friends with who for potential ghosting

!fspec- Forces a user to spectate. Used if the user is idle

!kick- Kicks a player out of the game

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

I would first check the users rapsheet to see how long he has had the ban and if he has had any previous bans. I would also contact the staff member that banned them. After all this, I would make a verdict depending on if I believe the ban should be reduced.

I believe I should be promoted to Admin, firstly, due to my staffing experience here on ZARP. I am an Administrator on TTT which shows that I can be trusted with power. I am also very dedicated to my staffing positions and have fun while playing on the server.
