The germans did not created the Mig-19 tho, they just captured a bouch of the soviets and made a better version of it with a better engine for a better climbing performance

The Me-262 was created mainly to intercept US bombers after the failure of the Do-335
But you know, when you shoot .50cal on jets going at 600KMH they get instant shreded so that was pointless to use the Me-262's as interceptors
so it was used as a jet fighter and its was decent but the engine suffered from many issues that made it being retired from the nazi army after a while.

So yeah, they had the best war machines, but it slowly began to be less efficient early 1045
