I still feel like one of the big issues with adding new equipment and weapons to the special menu is that the current state of the server doesn't warrant tactical play and it's next to impossible to keep track of people. There's no use adding most of the stuff that already exists since a lot of it focuses on being utility more so than just a normal weapon.

As for stuff that would be nice;
Cannibalism
Death Station
Fake Body
Fake gun that explodes and kills innocents if they pick it up.
