We already cleared this up in OOC that I had a tac insert placed, you can ask anyone who was inside that base that they knew I had one placed. Not sure why you're deciding to report me for this now when it was like a month ago too. As for me mistaking you breaking NLR, the timer bugs out when you look at them and it appears in orange for a second.
