My name is Euan - you all know me as uzi though - and I joined ZARP in September 2016. I initially joined the community by playing frequently on the TTT server before getting staff (of which I will talk about later) and branching into other areas of the community. For most of my time in ZARP, I have been staff in the community and even made a swift return to staff role(s) after leaving the community for about a year in 2017.

Since my return, I have thoroughly enjoyed playing gamemodes, I never used to play; one being SSRP. I have had the chance to experience new life in the community which I never experienced before by getting to try new gamemodes and working alongside staff I'd never worked with before.

I'd consider myself to be a good staff member; I've never been punished, both as a regular player and officially as staff. I always do my best to be helpful and fair whenever possible, even if it means spending time with people to discuss certain matters to ensure everything is crystal clear.

I have a vast amount of staffing and lead team experience.

Since joining ZARP, I have acquired the following Lead Team roles:

• TTT Head Admin
• Prophunt Head Admin
• SSRP Super Admin
• Teamspeak/Discord Head Admin
• Deathrun Owner

These various Lead Team ranks have not only allowed me to utilise and improve my leadership skills but also learn how to apply them in a multitude of situations. Not trying to toot my own horn but from what I've heard to this day and in the past, I believe people are more than satisfied at the quality of service I provide as a member of the lead team.

My ZARP activity as a whole is quite high. I am a:

• Frequent forum visitor and poster (browsing several times during the day across several devices)
• Frequent discord/teamspeak user (available by discord anytime during the day)
• Consistently active staff member who reliably fulfills activity requirements

Users can contact me through a variety of means such as: Steam, Discord (both of which can be access via my signature) and Teamspeak when I'm available in the evenings on weekdays and most of the day on weekends.

As a SSRP Head Administrator, I want to:

• Be a contact point for both staff and players to reach out for ZARP-related advice
• Improve the quality of training to staff by reviewing the current training guide(s) and collating with other lead team members to determine the best possible solution
• Conduct scheduled 'surveys' (using this term loosely as I'd prefer it to be informal) for random staff/players to plot out general satisfaction of the gamemode/staffing on the server.
