After reviewing your report and evidence, I have decided to accept this appeal for a few reasons.
-Your video clearly shows an attempt to prop kill you
-I saw on the logs that he was RDMing you and other people multiple times before I joined
-He had terrible attitude towards you on the server even after I joined so I can't imagine what he was like when no staff were on
-He also falsely accused you of being racist which led to your death

However, he never kos'd you. You can see in the video that 1epica typed "Should we kill him for that?" before Cap said anything about killing you. Cap then responded with "Kill him if you want" which is not classified as a kos.
