Wheels have usually been reserved for bigger updates on SSRP, i.e. Easter, Summer etc. We have free and premium card packs that already do what you are asking for so there isn't much point in adding essentially duplicated functionality to the server.

I would advise suggesting changes to the contents of card packs as there isn't much point in adding an identical feature to the server.
