Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:

1. MassRDM | LTAP. If a user RDM's (Random Death Match) at least three other users and then LTAP's (leave to avoid punishment), this would be acceptable to use the ban command. The length of the ban should be decided on any recent punishments and the offence of the punishments. But if they have been banned before, the ban length should be longer.

2. Too Many Recent Punishments. When a user has 6-7+ active punishments it would be accepted to use the ban command.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):

To start off. I am an ex Head Admin with a lot of experience with in staffing. I have been with Zarp since June 10, 2017 but i resigned 7 months ago. This week i have had at least 2 hours everyday and i am back to being dedicated to TTT. I have a lot of good talks with users in game and also helped a lot of them out with TTT related stuff. I have gotten to love TTT again over this week and it has been nice to talk to some of the newer staff so i can start getting to know them, also you oldies <3. While playing on the server this week i have noticed that not a lot of staff are very active and there have been times that there are none or just ones who are AFK for a suspicious amout of time. _lol Anyways, as some people know and some will find out, i am a very reasonable person with lots of respect for others and very dedicated to TTT and Zarp.
