As you didn't provide any proof of what you're saying I can't be sure of what happened. As RuleBreaker163 said, you could have been warned for a report against you and not the report against the RDMer. You are probably just misunderstanding.
Sorry but this has been denied, be sure to appeal everytime you feel your punishment is invalid but with some proof or it's going to be hard to prove anything.
