Suggestion Title: Health and Armor bars on suits

How would it benefit the server: It would allow people to see their health more clearly in suits allowing them to unequip when needed.

Potential Issues/Exploits: None

Additional notes: Currently the health bar only drops when under 100 hp this would allow people to visibly see their health instead of having to read it which can be difficult when in combat.
