I've had a look at your application to give you some feedback. Your rule explanations and examples are alright. You should describe your approach to handling situations in more detail (what exactly would you do? what are the different outcomes? what is your verdict based on?). Your "Why I should be chosen" section is also way too slim. You should put more effort into your application. You've got a good amount of time on the server and your activity is decent. You don't have any recent punishments and you're generally a good guy (from what I've seen). If you work on your application a bit you would have a good chance. Good Luck!
