All I can say is the warn really should be removed, Andy had no clue how he had died or anything surrounding the report and I'm not sure where he got the log from in the first place because I couldn't find anything. Even so, Stuny's last punishment was over 2 months ago so to punish for something like this is very harsh when it is most likely a mistake or lack of information provided by the logs. There was also me and Brotherman active on the server so there was no need to handle his own report really.
