Suggestion Title: Coinflip interface

How would it benefit the server:

Would make coinflipping a more interactive experience. Players could directly access their inventory items without having to revert to the oldschool /roll gig.

The base functionality and UI already exists in the trading system, so it should be relatively simple to refactor it to a base/interface script in order for it to be modular depending on the mechanic that touches it.

Potential Issues/Exploits: None that I can think of at the moment.

Additional notes:

Essentially I think it would be a good idea to enhance the /coinflip command to act similar to how /trade works.

It could inherit the same UI and chat-box functionality. Players could select items/cash from their inventory directly and agree to wager certain items before they begin. Both players would have to 'confirm' before the game would begin.

The rest of the functionality, i.e. score-counting, flipping etc, could be implemented on top of the pre-existing UI
