Suggestion Title: make everyone have the same model in an event

How would it benefit the server: Even fighting grounds

Potential Issues/Exploits: n/a

Additional notes: right now people almost can use every model for an event except mutant and a cop model(?) even the burnt jetgun model can be used and the hitbox for it is fucking dumb half the time your shoots look like they hit but they don't
