People with special Forum permissions get full dots as you call it and a colour depending if you are just a Section Moderator, Global Moderator or Site Administrator. Legendary Members get full dots and a mix of colours to point them out as people who have contributed a lot to the community. And Nafe gets a rainbow bcz why tf not.
