That not how it works tho? when you die from melon kick you don't "die" normally instead you become a green ragdoll which can be prop pushed around but cannot be defibbed it's been like that for ages as you can see in the video 2 models spawned the green one and the normal one

I’m not sure if it’s been patched but if it was patched red clearly is using his items at his own risk.
