We do want our staff members to display appropriate behaviour, and that is extended to other platforms as well. If you owned a server, I doubt you'd want your staff members to give your server a bad reputation based on private conversations lol

Yes I know and I regret what I did, I'm really not expecting to get my rank back to be fair but I want to at least try...
