Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario: Random Death Match(also known as RDM) is a commonly broken rule, where one player gets killed from another for no reason at all.
Scenario: Player X is running around the map doing nothing that could harm/annoy anybody, then Player Y shoots Player X for no reason at all, which results in rule 2.2 to be broken.
Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario: New Life Rule(also known as NLR) is the rule preventing a Player to return to the place where they died or get involved in the situation that got them killed.
Scenario: A gangster is defending a nuke in the Crack District, that the PD is raiding. A police officer manages to kill the gangster, but after his death the criminal proceeds to return to the place/district where they died before the NLR Timer(3minutes) running out, resulting in rule 2.3 to be broken, since the NLR timer hasnt ran out at the time of the return.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
To start the sit I would teleport the person that reported the RDM(Player X). I would ask for the RDMer's(Player Y) name and if the player doesn't know who Player Y is I would look in to the logs, find the latest time where Player X got killed and ask if that was the RDMer. After that I would proceed to ask for details on the situation and if possible if they could provide any pictures/videos. After that I would teleport Player Y and hear their side. If Player Y says that he had a valid enough reason I would show him the provided evidence(if any was given) from Player X and ask to see if Player Y has any evidence to support his argument. If the accused Player cannot provide any I would proceed to warn him for RDM.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I would start the situation by teleporting Player X to a roof/safe place and ask him who was the Player that broke NLR. After I get the name I would check the logs and analyse the time of the kills and see if NLR was indeed broken. Afterwards I would teleport to Player Y and ask if he is available to be teleported to a roof, since he may still be in a RP Situation. If the accused Player is available I would teleport him to the roof, if he is not I would let him finish his RP. I would ask for both sides of the story, then I would check the logs again and make sure Player Y used tactical insertions or that he didn't get defibrillated, because if he was that wouldn't be NLR.
Why I should be chosen(we recommend around 150 words):
I think I should be chosen for the moderator position, because I am a really active and friendly player. I have been playing for only 2 months and I think that I have managed to show and prove that I am a good player with a clean Rapsheet,. Another reason why I should be chosen is my dedication, I would love to help players and deal with rule breakers, because I see a lot of people RDMing, hacking and generally minging or harassing other players and a lot of the times there isn't an admin on or they are AFK.
