On two accounts I was told I was breaking NLR, one being when I was RDM'd at spawn and was then respawning AT SPAWN WHICH FUNNILY ENOUGH IS WHERE I SPAWN. I was killed repeatedly and told that by respawning in the spawn district and then trying to leave that area that I was breaking NLR. Secondly. I died and was informed by another officer on duty that my vehicle was left in the area so I went back to retrieve it and was put in jail for breaking NLR. That is not breaking NLR, it would be if I went back with the intent of arresting the guy but I didn't. I went back to get my vehicle after being informed that it was there.
