I don't understand why you are making so much demote request when there is no need to make one. You could just talk with him, crowbar you once is not demote worthy. I'm sure you know that ain't gonna happend. Also we should demote him for crowbar you when you RDM everyone every round and then go on forums and complain about your warns/bans telling the staff can't do it's job.
