Story:
Throughout the duration of this video a new and young player to the server is being bullied and harrsed as well as being discrimnated for their age, since the player is young and new they are taken advantage of by the players in the video for the clear lack of understanding for the rules and are baited into killing them without a /me the staff member is in the TS with the players doing this and instead of teaching the player the rules they instead taunt the child in the sit and warn them as well as allowing his friends to follow and harras the kid about his age without warning them showing a clear bias and contribution the bullying.

This staff member is incompetent and casts a bad light on the server and what ZARP is about, no one should be discriminated for anything this includes Gender, race, and AGE
