Server Name: N/A - applies to all Pointshop servers

Suggestion Title: Adjust awarn join message

How would it benefit the server: More of a quality of life change, would not present any explicit benefits to the server other than more accurate reporting.

Potential Issues/Exploits: N/A

Additional notes:

I hate that Awarn lists the total number of warnings for any given player on join, rather than what is recent. Warnings that are no longer recent should not be of immediate concern to staff.

I'd normally just implement this myself but it has potential to be done to all PS servers so I thought I'd hear what the community wants to think.
