I was there during the whole thing and I can tell you exactly what happened. How can it be a false warn if; You RDM'd + LIR'd in the report. You said he shot you, which he didn't. You said now that he was supposedly "T BAITING" which we still can't confirm quiet yet, but Lying in the report saying that he shot you first Is no excuse either, one way or another the warn is going to stay. Also Andy jokes around about other admins and we know about it, and to be honest with you. Disrespecting me and other staff members on daily basis never gave you much of a chance to become a staff member either.
