Because how do you know they were false warns? Your friend could've RDM'd some people. We have the logs and shot logs during a round, after we die we can check the logs and the reports. I don't believe that they abused at all, rather that you didn't look into what happened. Why don't you have your friend make a report. So he can explain how these were "False Warns" We can't judge anything. He might've False KOSed someone for what he coudnt've kosed them. Maybe he actually did RDM you just can seem to figure these things out. You have to ask him to make an appeal, or a report abuse on I'm Rock and Chespin.
You didn't even explain what happened, and why he was punished.
