I won't be mentioning what happened recently since/if you don't feel comfortable talking about it publicly, i feel as you should wait a bit longer since Super Administrator applicants shouldn't make mistakes, especially a mistake like that. Don't get me wrong, you definitely have potential and will surely get Super Administrator, but i don't believe it will be this week.
I'll of course put some of the positives below so you know where You're at and what to keep up.

Consistent in-game activity

Benevolent

Active on both TeamSpeak and Forums

Consistently high F1 count almost every week

Attends the meetings and expresses his opinion with no issue

Handles Appeals/Reports frequently
As I've already said, don't get me wrong, you are honestly a great guy and a good person and with no doubt a future SA, but i don't think this is your week.
Good luck man!

Got no issue with you bringing it into the public light, I just avoid fully detailing it because I want to avoid starting any drama or anything of the sort.
Since we're addressing the topic of it being a mistake, I'd like to say a few things.
My "mistake" is being made out to be somehow comparable in magnitude to me blurting out some egregiously racist statements in OOC coming from a place of genuine belief, when it's rather evident that it's an internal issue with how similar private situations are handled within the community as opposed to some massive wrongdoing from my part.
I'd call it a small mistake at a stretch solely within the scope of the community as opposed to within the scope of my personal beliefs, statements, and character, and if that's truly enough to dissuade you and the rest of the lead team from voting on me because "more time is needed" without any sort of genuine explanation, then there's clearly greater internal issues than my super admin application which should take priority.
