Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
There are a few scenarios where the ban command is appropriate to use, examples would be:
-Mass RDM + LTAP (A user kills 3 or more players without a valid reason and then disconnects to avoid the punishment.)
-A user has many recent punishments and is continuing to break the rules.
-A user is continuously mic spamming/chat spamming/being discriminatory in any way after being told to stop and muted multiple times.
-A user evades a ban of any length given to them by joining the server with an alternate account, if caught, both the main and the alternate account may be permanently banned.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

It should be noted however, that an administrator would not have been allowed to punish a hacker in the first place, following the hacking policy.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):
I was staff on the ZARP TTT server for a very long time in the past and I believe I did a great job whilst staffing on the server. I have found recent enjoyment in the server and realised just how active the server is at the moment and therefore I am now interested in returning to staffing to do my bit and help keep the server clean by punishing abusive rulebreakers and helping out players that need assistance with anything regarding the server or the gamemode. I view myself as a friendly, helpful and reachable person who will always be happy to help.
