Possibly, but was he a threat? No, he wasn't. Onion did not try to defend me when I was being chased down and arrested by Niko but for the reason being that I am inside Onion's property does not warrant Onion to be arrested as he is innocent and had not committed a crime or assisted me in any sort of way as he had only returned to the property after waiting his NLR out. I can fully understand the misconception in this scenario however the rule was still broken at the end of the day, so it's really up to Honest's and Onion's decision on this.

to my knowledge hiding a criminal is against the law

There is no law against it in SSRP as far as I am aware unless the Mayor had a law stating so also the keyword 'knowingly' is important in this factor as Onion did not know that I was a wanted criminal, he had only returned after waiting his NLR so he had no idea what was going on.

it's still a rather niche situation, so I honestly don't think a warning would be warranted or necessary. however, if Onion feels so, it's his decision at the end of the day.
