Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:

No. 1: The player continues to make racistic comments even after being warned not to.

No. 2: The player has 7 or more recents.

No. 3: The player Mass RDMs 3 or more people and after it, Leaves to avoid punishment (LTAP)

Explain how you would handle the following situation:

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Although an Administrator should not have banned the hacker in the first place.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):

You may very well know that I got Mod last week, and I think I'm doing a great job at it. I am available at most times at the day and I am the most active TTT player ATM. I believe people find me easy to reach and a friendly player, I love helping out players that need a hand with the gamemode. There is times when there's no admin online and someone Mass RDMs and LTAPs and all i can do is add max slays to them and warn them, or request an admin in the discord, but this is unlikely to happen EVERYDAY. I found my time really enjoyable since I got accepted. The only Run-in I had was when I "falsely punished" The Light Bringer and it was because of my Misunderstanding of the point, after figuring out that the guy was not intentionally trying to change POVs, rather that english wasn't his first language. Henny went over the things and EXPLAINED them. I very politely told him that he should most definitely remove the punishment as It was my misunderstanding. Since then I haven't had any complaints and/or issues with the players, which I tend to be very friendly with.

I know It might be a little too early for me to make this app, but I think I am ready. I don't see why not to since I am the most active member anyways, As I said above I only had one run-in and false warned him but It was just because I couldn't see it as not being RDM, after Henny briefly explained it to me i knew exactly what I did wrong and how I should prevent from happening. I know my opinion has nothing to do with this, but I purely made it so I can see what you guys think about me for now. I completely understand that this might be too early and I complete respect that. I waited today till after the staff meeting just so I can see what your guys' opinion would be on
