After reviewing your evidence I have decided to accept this report. Speedy is a new moderator - he is more than likely still learning how and when to use the commands available to moderators.

Nonetheless, he should still not be using unless it's for legitimate administrative purposes; of which I can see no reason to use them in the video. I will be re-training him to ensure he understands how, and when to use these administrative commands to avoid making similar mistakes in the future.

This is a relatively minor case of misconduct, so it will go no further. The invalid punishments will be removed from your rapsheet.
