Your application could definitely use some more work.
The ban situations 1, 2 & 4 in particular (we don't ban someone for Mass RDMing once nor for being racist once) and the 2nd one I just don't understand. Your appeal response is rather short and lacks detail. Activity isn't the best but it checks out.
