I didnt understand TOU cause of my bad english, after talking to someone about it he explained me what i have done wrong and what the TOU means.

But surely after both bans clearly exclaiming in the public reason "Stop starting drama" you would have learnt the first time? You and I both know you are aware of what "stop starting drama" means.
